The Artists
Petra Lilja
Petra Lilja is an industrial designer who dedicates her career to critically examine the role of the designer in a world where climate change, poverty and inequity can be traced back to design decisions. She will create the table setting, introducing the deep time in nature with seasonal dinner food.
Andreas Gedin
Andreas Gedin is an artist and author. His works combines an interest for ideas, communication, logic, text and power relations. For the dinner, Andreas Gedin has created a situation-based artwork from vintage linen serviettes, using food-based dye along with messages for the guests.
Asta Norborg
Asta Norborg is a composer, creative technologist performing under her artistic alias Fascia. Her work explores sensualities, symbiosis, invasions and blurred borders in relation to digital technologies, approaching them as gateways to unknown becomings. Asta Norborg will be the evening’s future-teller interacting with the dinner guests with her hand-on sound installation.
Kristian Eliasson
Kristian Eliasson is a Gong performer and musician that engages with the physical power of resonance. Through immersive sound journeys, he invites deep listening and altered states of perception. Kristian will perform a the beginning and end of the dinner with a low frequency sound experience aiming to evoke a heightened perception of time.
Masoud Ahmadzadeh
Masoud Ahmadzadeh is a documentary film director and saxophone player. He will improvise sounds in dialogue with the wind and movement on the site in Hage.
The Team
Shuyu Chen
As a con-temporary spatial practitioner, Shuyu Chen is interested in opening up and maintaining space for radical imagination: what art can be and what it can do outside institutional walls, across different conditions of life.
She co-founded the Institute for Provocation (Beijing, 2010–2022), an independent art platform for cross-disciplinary exchange and artistic research. In 2025, she founded PEACHCOLONY in Möllan, Malmö, a micro-social enterprise situated at the intersection of everyday life, migratory aesthetics, and the unstable collective of (be)longing.
Max Gerthel
Max Gerthel is an architect, designer and curator based in Malmö, working across architecture, public art, furniture design and exhibitions through his interdisciplinary practice Studio Max Gerthel. He was Program Director of the independent art space Institute for Provocation in Beijing 2011-2016 and co-founded the gallery and platform SPARK in Malmö in 2019. His work combines spatial design with artistic collaboration, with recent projects including public commissions and cultural initiatives in Southern Sweden.
Elin Frost
Elin Frost is an artist, facilitator, and cultural producer working across interdisciplinary collaborations and participatory formats that enable Cross Innovation. More than fifteen years ago, she initiated a series of travelling dinner performances across Sweden as part of an artistic exploration into the future of theatre and collective storytelling.
Selma Maric
Selma Maric is a scientist, strategist and entrepreneur working at the intersection of life science, advanced large-scale research infrastructures and innovation. Alongside her work in research and innovation, Selma is building new pathways for translating scientific discoveries into technologies with real-world impact. Her work is driven by a fascination with how curiosity, creativity and collaboration can transform fundamental science into innovations that address societal challenges.
At the heart of her work is a belief that science and art share the same foundation: imagination, exploration and the courage to see the world differently.
